How do I place my order?
For placing an order just follow the below steps:-
- You need to create an account on website with your personal email id.
- Go to the product page which you want to buy, click on add to cart.
- Likewise add all the product in your cart.
- If you have a discount coupon, Enter coupon code and click Redeem.
- Enter your destination to get a shipping estimate.
- Click on proceed to checkout.
- Fill proper billing address where you want to have billing information.
- Shipping information consist of proper delivery address.
- Select courier service you want for delivery.
- Review your order properly.
- At last payment information.
- If you receive message like "Your Order has been Successfully Placed!!" then it's all done else you have to try once again for payment.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, we send gift to your loved ones. You just have to do is enter the receiver address and phone number in shipping details, so as deliver boy can contact receiver on the given address at the time of delivery. Please mention in comments if you don't want to disclose your identity.
What is a billing address?

We have three payment gateways like PayPal, CC Avenue, and Citrus. They accept all the cards like visa cards, master cards, American Express, Discover and more. You can also use net banking, cash cards and mobile payments.
How do I cancel an order or return an item?
Being a wholesale site we only accept return if the products are having any manufacturing defects or in ready made products having any size issues. Custom stitched products that are stitched to your measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you want to return the order pieces you need to inform us within 24hr after receiving parcel. Also you have to return it by your cost, we will replace or refund (product price) only after getting returned products.
For cancelation you are applicable to cancel the order only if you inform us within 12hr of placing the order.

Click on REMOVE (red in color) to delete the product from cart.
Click (-) minus option to decrease quantity and (+) plus to increase quantity.
How will I know that you have received my order?
If you receive message like "Your Order has been successfully placed!!" that means we received your order successfully.
How Shipping and handling rates are applied?
Shipping cost is based on actual weight of product. You get the benefit of reduced shipping cost per/kg on each additional item. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. According to the policies of the shipping companies, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams. Please also note that the shipping rates are decided by Courier Companies we don't earn from it. We don't charge any extra amount for service provided by us.
Change of address or delivery suspension?
In case if you want to change the address you need to do that in just 4hr of placing the order from our website itself. You have to go to My account -> Address -> Change address -> You have successfully changed your address.
How will I get duplicate copies of invoice?
For receiving invoice you can just add to cart all the products and click on duplicate invoice button.
How will I know that my order is shipped or not?
You will receive message with tracking detail through mail and mobile. You can easily track the current status of courier from the given link.
Which countries do you ship to?
We serve all most all the countries, but still if you are unable to add your address then let us inform us on live chat help option.
Do you offer expected shipping?
Yes, for expected shipping you need to inform us beforehand to make delivery at given date.
Can I ship different items in my order to different address?
For doing this you need to contact our representative on Whatsapp or email.
What is Standard or Custom Stitching?
Standard Stitching and customized stitching are to different types of stitching.
In standard stitching our designer will tailor your dress according to standard size based on given four measurements by you. Not it will not exact as per your measurement. Mostly it is appropriate for reseller.
If you need an exact measurement then you must select custom stitching. In custom stitching you have to add exact measurements as per your body structure.
Note: Charges for custom stitching will be more than standard stitching.
How to reorder the same pieces of previous order?
Login to our site, go to My account and click on reorder option you can see the previous order product added in your current cart.
Will I get the product as per the picture?
Yes, you will get almost identical product. Jewelry, accessories etc. as used for photography are not part of the product sent. A plus minus 10% color variation is expected. Sometimes, work may also differ. If there is a major variation, we inform clients before sending the products.
How can I change currency on website?
For changing currency you need to go to up left corner of website, find currency drop down click and select the appropriate currency.
